Project #47924: Just Need a Helping Hand

I have an elderly patient that lives on the 3rd floor of an apartment. She takes her garbage out in small bags and takes groceries up in a small sack due to difficulty getting up and down the stairs. She has some bigger bags she needs assistance with getting down the stairs to throw away here and there.
