Project #47622: Plumbing

Need advice on a plumbing issue, I think our well pump might be 'waterlogged', it keeps coming on frequently for short periods of time, might be more at issue, but wondered if someone could look at and advise if we need to call in a plumber, and if so do you have any that work with seniors? I've looked around for leaks/drips, seems ok. Just wanted some assurance this is right direction and then what to ask the plumber to look for. I got the 'waterlogged' term from the internet but don't think I can follow their utube suggestions.
