Project #47586: Flooring

This senior neighbor is disabled, uses a walker, and her adult daughter lives with her to care for her. She was told that she has mold in the attic of her single-story home, as well as in the crawl space below the house. Due to this, the floors in her bathroom and laundry room are caving in. She is looking for help getting the floors fixed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
