Project #47328: Roof Repair

This disabled senior neighbor is a veteran who has had lung cancer. His roof is leaking on his 2 story home, and insurance had denied their claim. He lives on Social Security and still has a mortgage on his home, so does not have the money to hire someone to fix this. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
