Project #46472: Construction

My brother was born with cerebral palsy. We helped get him a loan for $75,000 to buy this fixer-upper after we purchased it we realized the floors will have to be replaced. The subfloors are not fixable. They are rotten. The house had lots of animals that ruined the floors before we bought it. The bathrooms leaked water and the floors are ruined. If someone could please help us get new floors we can do the rest of the work by ourselves. My mom is 83 and works really hard and I know she could install the bathrooms. But we will gladly take any help anyone is willing to give us. Please help make my brothers dream come true. He’s 52 and finally got a house but it needs a lot of work.
