A few years ago, a tree fell on my privacy fence and damaged some of it. I cannot afford to replace the whole fence but there are definitely a couple panels that need secured because they are over and one panel is missing altogether. There is one panel in particular that I'm really scared is going to fall over and could hurt somebody.

My brother was born with cerebral palsy. We helped get him a loan for $75,000 to buy this fixer-upper after we purchased it we realized the floors will have to be replaced. The subfloors are not fixable. They are rotten. The house had lots of animals that ruined the floors before we bought it. The bathrooms leaked water and the floors are ruined. If someone could please help us get new floors we can do the rest of the work by ourselves. My mom is 83 and works really hard and I know she could install the bathrooms.
