Project #46099: Tangible Property Repair

This widowed and disabled senior neighbor uses a cane to get around. She has only been able to exit her home out her back door because she can not do the steps out of her front door, and one of the steps is broken and unsafe. Her back door won't open for some reason, and she is now stuck inside her house. She can not get out at all, and her senior sister is unable to get her out the front door to get her down the steps because she is to unsteady. This is a safety issue for this neighbor. Any help getting the back door opened would be greatly appreciated.
