Project #45831: Just Need a Helping Hand

Beulia needs someone to fix her garage door as it does not open or close. Beulia is 84yro with back/spine and hand issues and has to physically pickup and put down her garage door. She reports she needs doorknobs replaced because it is difficult for her to open the door as they are broken. Also her window seals are coming off. She would like someone to wash her windows. Beulia will occasionally need assistance caring for her yardwork.
