Project #45537: Tangible Property Repair

Steve's deck (12'x13') needs a center support beam and post to spread the weight across its 12' span. Additionally, before this can happen, the top boards need to be removed and replaced, along with the supporting structure, as this will compromise the safe use of the deck.

Upon completing all structural repairs and replacing deck boards, the Park will require it to be painted.
Kilz2 Prior, then paint to hopefully extend the deck's life.
