Project #43848: Just Need a Helping Hand

This disabled senior neighbor is a full time caregiver for her disabled mother. She is looking for help getting her home winterized, so that hopefully it will stay warmer inside this winter. She does not know what needs to be done to do this, ut is willing to pay for materials. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
