Project #42468: Wheelchair Ramp Build

This neighbor is paralyzed from the waist down and in a wheelchair. She has been in a nursing home for 12 years because of it. She and her adult daughter just bought a mobile home and her daughter will be her caretaker. She is in need of a wheelchair ramp so that she can get in and out of her home. She has not moved in yet, but the daughter is moving in this weekend. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
