Project #42348: Cleaning

The Village Green (where I have a mobile home) sent me a letter, they did an outdoor inspection and say I need my trailer & roof power washed. I have been disabled for years, and also recently broke my ankle in 4 places (still recovering, with in-home PT & OT.)
I barely get by on my disability check, which is my only income. I am requesting assistance, PLEASE! to get the power washing done as the failure to do so will affect my tenancy.
I do not have a power washer, but I do have ladders (if needed to wash roof.) I live in a single wide, very small. I would be eternally grateful for any help.
