Project #42081: Concrete Step Repair

My front steps leading to enclosed front porch are broken (Concrerte). I have twisted ankle and others have had issues trying to use them. My concern is me or someone else will be hurt. I will appreciate any help I can get with concrete steps or redo as weed leading up to my enclosed porch.
