Project #41598: Plumbing

I am a social worker in a cancer facility in Troy, my patient is Gary, he is stage 4 cancer and cannot physically do much, he is very stubborn and will not ask for any help. His wife, Heather is trying to care for him taking him to several appointments for his care and physically (he has several medications and is on a feeding tube), as well as their 5 year old daughter. Heather is very overwhelmed and said they have a plumbing issue with a clogged drain, which is causing the basement to flood, she also is having to push mow their 1 1/2 acre property as she doesn't not know how to use a riding mower they have, so if someone could help with this too, that would save her a lot of time too. They do not have money to hire a plumber, as they are having difficulties paying bills due to his medical needs. If you could please let me know if this is something someone could help her with that would be wonderful.
