Project #41428: Wheelchair Ramp Build

This 94 year old senior neighbor is currently in the hospital/rehab. When discharged, he will need a wheelchair ramp. He had been using a walker, but he will be transitioning into a wheelchair. His son is unable to safely lift him anymore to carry him around. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
