Project #40626: Wheelchair Ramp Build

I am writing to request assistance on behalf of a consumer we are currently working with. She is a 72-year-old widow who has unfortunately lost her vision due to complications from COVID-19. Since then, her health has further deteriorated, and she now relies on a wheelchair for mobility.

To improve her quality of life and ensure her safety, she is in urgent need of a small ramp to cover two stairs outside her entrance and a couple of small ramps inside her home to cover one stair each. These modifications are essential for her to navigate her home independently and safely.

We would greatly appreciate any support or resources you can provide to help us secure these ramps for her. Your assistance would make a significant difference in her daily life.
