Project #39704: Build Safe Steps from Home into Garage

This widowed senior neighbor took a hard fall off her stairs and ended up in the hospital because of it. Her home has an attached garage and the step from the house into the garage is where she fell because there is no hand rail. She said it is only 1 step, but its too hard for her to do without being able to hold onto something, and she is afraid she will fall and injure herself again. She is hoping someone could install a hand rail for her. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
