Project #38270: Help Request - Tangible Property Repair

Currently have steps filled with carpenter bees and they are killing the integrity. We just can't afford to get it done. I am somewhat ambulatory with a cane but steps are difficult for me. Needs a safer more manageable set of stairs to be able to safely get in and out of home.
