Project #36450: Help Request - Just Need a Helping Hand

Our landlord wants us to clean the gutters and air conditioner after the leaves fall. It's a 1/2 double the guy on the other 1/2 takes care of his. We are both disabled and can't go up or down a ladder.
The gutter at the end needs nailed back on a little better than what it is.
Any help us appreciated.
