This disabled senior neighbor said that the soffit came loose on her 2 story home after the last windstorm. She is hoping someone could fix it for her. She currently cares for her adult grandson, who is unemployed, and his 2 young children (2 and 4) who are living with her. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
