Project #47315: Tangible Property Repair

This senior neighbor is looking for help getting her porch repaired. She thinks it might only be one wooden step that has rotted, that is making it hard for her to get in and out of her house. But isn't sure if anything else needs fixed on the porch. Any help would be grealty appreciated.
