This widowed and disabled senior neighbor has 2 clothes racks mounted to the wall in her home. She ran into them and almost lost an eye. She is hoping someone could come and simply unscrew them for her to take them down. She tried herself but doesn't have the strength to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
