Project #46629: Tangible Property Repair

This disabled senior veteran is looking for help getting repairs done to the corner stud on his double wide trailer. It was damaged from a leak in the roof (which has been fixed), and has started to deteriorate. He has to put tape up over the area because he can feel air coming in. Any help with this would be grealty appreciated.
