Project #43945: Plumbing

My wife and I just moved into a new condo and it appears that the garbage disposal was not installed just right. It’s a simple fix but I am disabled and cannot do it without the help of another able body person. Would take all of five minutes. The drain leaks at the top of unit under sink because of this.
