Need gutter cleanout and if possible to seal the seams with caulk, troubleshooting a place in the gutters that the water flow comes back towards the house. And then one area that needs to be looked at on the soffit if possible. House is single story, but some areas in the back are higher.

Our dishwasher leaked last night. Our hardwood floor has water trapped underneath the floor. You can smell the water. We need help getting the dishwasher pulled out and the flooring pulled up

Kitchen sink draining slowly. This came in on Wed and I didn't see it yesterday morning. Sorry.

After a new faucet was installed in my bathroom sink the floor under the sink is damp. I can't locate the source, but a towel placed on the floor becomes damp. Tha sink is also somewhat loose at the wall.
