In Japan, Noriko (Nor eŽko) teaches gourmet cooking and social hosting. A few years ago she visited several states in the USA, to study American culture and cuisine. She attended Lake Avenue Congregational Church in Pasadena, California to practice her English. The church had a large singles group that introduced her to faith in Christ. She remained in the church for about a year and grew in faith. She returned to Japan, joined a church and was baptized there. She is now hosting weekly bible studies at her home in Hokkaido (northern Japan).
